Dr. Simone Wahnschafft
Ich bin Postdoktorandin am Lehrstuhl für Public Health Nutrition mit einem Hintergrund in Public Health und Ernährungssystemforschung. Meine Forschung befindet sich an der Schnittstelle von Public Health und Politikwissenschaft und untersucht die politische Umsetzbarkeit von Maßnahmen zur Gestaltung von Ernährungsumfelder. Der regionale Fokus meiner Arbeit liegt auf Lateinamerika und Europa.
