Theresa Mareis
I am a medical doctor and doctoral candidate at the Chair of Public Health Nutrition. The focus of my research is on measures to improve the nutritional quality of communal catering, in particular in kindergartens, schools and universities. I am especially interested in approaches that contribute to health-promoting and sustainable nutrition in institutional settings and have a positive impact on the daily lives of many people.
